Virtual Meetings

In an attempt to adhere to Governor Murphy's Executive Order we will be using Webex to conduct virtual Board Meetings and Board of School Estimates Meetings.  This page has been created to help the community with accessing the meeting and also speaking during public comment.

We are still streaming our meetings on our website and through the local cable channel.  We recommend continuing to use that option if you wish to just view and listen to the meeting.

Before each meeting we will be posting a link on our homepage for the public to access the meeting.  Our Webex Events can be accessed on any device that has an Internet connection including a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.  All public attendees will be muted by default and can only be unmuted by the host or a panelist.  Please follow the steps below to access the meeting using Webex and indicate that you want to speak during public comment.

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Browse to
  3. Scroll to our alert located under our photo banner.
  4. Click on the link for the meeting.  See screenshot below for an example link and where to find it.Screenshot of link
  5. Fill out the First Name, Last Name, and Email address fields (the password field should be populated) then click on "Join by browser NEW!".  We recommend using this option because there is no additional software to install.  See screenshot below of a visual of this section of the webpage.Screenshot of fields that need to be filled out.
  6. You have now entered the meeting with the ability to listen to the panelists and view anything they share.  If you wish to speak during Public Comment  then at anytime during the meeting please continue to step 7.
  7. Click on the three vertical dots located under your initials at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Click on the Raise Hand option located at the top of the menu.  See screenshot below for a visual of where to find this option.

  9. If you do not see the option for Raise Hand in this location then please look into the bottom righ hand corner of your screen for the same hand icon.

We will see the Raise Hand requests listed in the order that they were received in.  During Public Comments we will be using that order to unmute each request one at a time and then muting them after they have finished speaking.  At the conclusion of the meeting we will exit it and the previous link will no longer work.
